Job Title: Digital Account Manager

Duration: Permanent

Hours: 9am – 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 (Depending on experience)

Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire, (London Zone 9, Metropolitan Line) HP5 1PS



Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Programmatic Account Manager with strong agency experience and a record of success in paid media; both search and display.


We are growing our programmatic and social media team and are looking for an Account Manager with experience in programmatic advertising (using a variety of DSPs), The GDN and Social Media Ads.


We pride ourselves on delivering results. The successful applicant will enjoy contributing to that work, generating and analysing traffic that will make a tangible difference for our clients.



upriseUP is a growing digital marketing agency located in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. We have a diverse portfolio, but are particularly strong in the Charity, B2B services, Ecommerce, and Health & Fitness sectors.



The key areas of responsibility will include:


  • Strategic oversight of campaigns – co-ordinating campaigns across a variety of channels
  • Client Communication – ensuring clients are happy, informed and educated about our work
  • Technical Expertise – disseminating knowledge down to the team to help improve performance
  • Team leadership – leading the team, and being a positive role model in and around the office
  • Product Development – seeking new ideas and innovations to push for continuous improvement

Skills Required


  • Google Ads experience, including planning and executing campaigns
  • Planning and delivering campaigns across paid search, social media and Display
  • Use of a variety of DSPs
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Advanced Google Analytics
  • Working in a busy agency across multiple clients
  • Direct client communication
  • Strong Maths
  • Analytical Mindset
  • Great organisational skills – including time management
  • Strong office skills – including Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel
  • Strong English (written and oral)
  • Degree educated
  • An understanding of UX (User Experience) and CRO (Conversion rate optimisation)
  • Passion


Client-side experience, particularly for a charity or Health / Fitness based organisation would be another advantage, but again is not a necessity.
