Hours: 9am – 5:30pm Mon-Fri (flexible working with core hours 10am-4:30pm)

Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 (Depending on experience)

Holiday: 25 days per annum + bank holidays

Position Overview


upriseUP are delighted to offer a new role for a laser-focused Account Manager within our Client Services Team. Are you a rising Digital Marketing Manager with experience of working in-house for a charity? Or are you a brilliant agency-based Account Manager focused in the third sector? Either way we’d love to hear from you.


The successful candidate will oversee multiple channels including social media and programmatic. You will be reporting to key stakeholders within charities, and will be someone with a thorough understanding of the challenges and opportunities for large charities in the UK.

The key areas of responsibility will include:


  • Strategic oversight of campaigns – coordinating campaigns across a variety of channels
  • Digital media planning and buying – in line with clients’ objectives and needs
  • Client communication – ensuring clients are happy, informed and educated about our work
  • Team leadership – overseeing delivery, and being a positive role model in and around the office
  • Product development – seeking new ideas and innovations to push for continuous improvement

Experience And Skills Required


  • Planning and delivering campaigns across Paid Search, Social Media and Display
  • Google Ads experience, including using the interface and analysing campaigns
  • Clear communication- to both clients and team members
  • Leadership – being able to coordinate and inspire team members within the department
  • Project Management – organised, and calm under pressure
  • Presenting (to clients and peers)
  • Google Analytics – ability to effectively analyse data within the interface
  • Analytical mindset – constantly seeking improvement for campaigns
  • Strong English (written and oral)
  • A good understanding of UX and CRO
  • Charity experience would also be a distinct advantage
