Duration: Full Time

Hours: 9am – 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary: £21,000 – £27,000 (Depending on experience)

Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire, (London Zone 9, Metropolitan Line) HP5 1PS



We are looking for an Office Executive who will be responsible for all the administrative activities that ensure the smooth running of our company.


We are looking for a confident, organised person with a can-do attitude who is happy to be given a variety of different tasks including book keeping, invoicing, HR record keeping, office upkeep, data processing, office organisation, and coordinating social events.


The role would suit someone looking to develop a career in HR, finance, operations or office management.



upriseUP is a growing digital marketing agency located in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. We have a diverse portfolio, but are particularly strong in the Charity, B2B services, Ecommerce, and Health & Fitness sectors.



The key areas of responsibility will include:


  • Bookkeeping
  • Client invoicing and credit control
  • Keeping various logs and documents up to date, data inputting and filing
  • HR, including payroll, and managing records and requests on BreatheHR
  • Supporting and on occasion leading in aspects of upriseUP marketing
  • Creating excel reports as required
  • Formatting documents to a professional standard
  • Supporting the Operations Manager
  • Occasional PA support to the Managing Director
  • Sourcing office equipment and purchasing
  • Helping set up IT equipment in the office, dealing with IT issues
  • Ensuring adequate stocks of stationery and consumables
  • Ensuring the office is neat and tidy and setting up for client meetings
  • Answering the telephone, fielding emails
  • Organising company events – and socials!
  • Ad hoc requests as they arise
