Job Title: Paid Digital Media Executive
Clients: Charities and socially positive organisations.
Duration: Permanent.
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Mon-Fri (flexible working with core hours 10am to 4pm).
Holiday: 25 days per annum + bank holidays.
Health: BUPA family cover for permanent employees, free annual health check, free Headspace app.
Flexibility: Hybrid working and flexible hours.
Salary: £26,000+ per annum.
Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire, HP5 1PS (on the Metropolitan Line outside London). Optional 2 days per week remote working.

We often attend industry conferences (like Brighton SEO), we organise socials including countryside walks, do fun activities at Christmas, and on occasion we take everyone away (our summer party last year was in the Med, and this year we are visiting the beautiful New Forest).

Position Overview
We are a B Corp certified agency on the hunt for a talented Paid Digital Media Executive with hands-on experience in Paid Search, Paid Social and Display, and a desire to use digital marketing and the power of data to make the world a better place.
Reporting into the Senior Paid Media Manager you’ll be data-driven, skilled at analysing and optimising digital campaigns, and ideally have agency experience.
You’ll be implementing award-winning campaigns across multiple channels for some amazing clients, including well-known charities. You’ll also have a passion for data and digital marketing and a keen eye for detail.

The Day-to-Day
- Manage and optimise campaigns across channels including:
- Paid Search (Google Ads)
- Google Ad Grants
- Shopping Ads
- Video Ads
- Programmatic display
- Social Media Ads – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Spotify
- Analyse campaign data and extrapolate meaningful insights.
- Living our key value by championing heartfelt camaraderie with all clients.
- Supporting the company on new business activity.
- A variety of other tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in Paid Search (especially Google Ads and Google Analytics), ideally agency side.
- Knowledge of Paid Social, Display and Programmatic advertising.
- Passion for continually improving results from digital media.
- Demonstrably brilliant mathematics skills.
- A logical, problem solving approach.
- Pro-activity.
- A strong growth-mindset.
- Excellent written English and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to be adaptive and versatile in a constantly evolving environment.
- IT literacy.
- A workable understanding of JavaScript, HTML, Python is also an advantage.
