Job Title: SEO Manager – Maternity Cover.
Clients: Charities and socially positive organisations.
Duration: Maternity cover. 1 Year.
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Mon-Fri (flexible working with core hours 10am to 4pm).
Salary: Dependent on experience.
Holiday: 25 days per annum + bank holidays.
Health: BUPA family cover, free annual health check, free Headspace app.
Flexibility: Hybrid working and flexible hours.
Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire, HP5 1PS (on the Metropolitan Line outside London). Optional 2 days per week remote working.

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented SEO Manager to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This role will be a nice mix of leading the SEO team, overseeing strategies being implemented, and having your own set of clients.
You will have a passion for all things SEO, be eager to share your knowledge with the team and clients, have an excellent understanding of data, a keen eye for detail and a hunger to make the world a better place – by bringing your amazing skills to support great organisations.

The Day-to-Day
- Manage, support and train the SEO team.
- Plan the SEO team resources.
- Develop and deliver expert SEO strategies aligned to our clients’ objectives.
- Implement effective tactics across all areas of SEO including Technical, Content and Digital PR.
- Monitor campaign performances and conduct regular account reviews, flagging any issues and making improvements.
- Analyse and deliver transparent and insightful SEO reports for your clients and oversee team reports.
- Work closely with the Client Services team to ensure tasks are on track and that clients’ needs are understood.
- Provide proactive client communication to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Support with new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Considerable and demonstrable SEO experience
- Previous experience managing an SEO team with multiple team members.
- Ideally have experience working with not-for profit organisations and charities and/or working in an agency.
- Adept at managing multiple clients, projects and deadlines.
- Ability to support and develop junior members of staff.
- Willing to carry out ad hoc tasks for the agency such as writing blog posts and attending events where needed.
